How to use
How to use
Pork: grind 25 lb fatty pork trim through a 1/8" plate. Mix in the seasoning package until sticky and well blended. Stuff into casings or pack into bulk meat bags.
Venison: grind 20 lb venison, mix in the seasoning package, then regrind through a 1/8" plate.
