Shipping & orders
Where do you ship?
We ship within the United States only. Shipping is free on orders of $59 or more to the contiguous US. Other US addresses pay the rate shown at checkout.
When will my order ship?
In-stock orders ship from our plant in Bellevue, Nebraska. When your order leaves, you'll get an email with tracking.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We pack fast, so changes aren't guaranteed. Email hello@friscobrands.com as soon as you can with your name and order number, and we'll do our best.
My order is wrong, or it didn't arrive.
Email hello@friscobrands.com with your full name and order number, and we'll make it right.
What's your return policy?
Because these are food products, we can't accept returns. If something's wrong with your order, email hello@friscobrands.com and we'll fix it.
How does the 15% first-order code work?
Sign up for Spice Chronicles, our email, and you'll get FRISCO15 for 15% off your first order. It can't be combined with other discounts and doesn't apply to bundles, which are already priced below the singles.
Buying Frisco
Where can I buy Frisco besides this site?
At our factory store in Bellevue (Mon-Fri 1-4), and at local stores including Made in Omaha, Chili Dawgs Foods of Fire, Buresh Meats and Super Saver. Call 402-500-0506 to find one near you. See Find Us for details.
Do you sell bulk?
Yes, two ways. Many blends come in 16 oz or 3 lb bulk bags right here on the site. For bigger standing orders, or your own recipe, see custom blending below.
What's custom blending?
We blend to your recipe, or build one with you, starting at 50 pounds per blend. Start at Wholesale.
Ingredients & allergens
Do your products contain allergens?
Any major allergen in a blend is listed on its label, and on each product page under Ingredients & allergens. Questions about a specific ingredient? Email hello@friscobrands.com.
Are your products gluten-free?
Many of our blends aren't made with gluten-containing grains, but none are certified gluten-free unless the label says so. Our breadings contain wheat.
Where do I find allergen and certification details?
Check the label and the product page. If you have a question about a specific blend, call 402-500-0506 (Mon-Fri 9-4).
Do the jerky and snack-stick kits include cure?
Yes. Pepper Stick and our jerky seasonings come with a measured cure pack sized for a 25 lb batch. Use it only at the rate on the bag.
