  2. Get your estimate

    Your request goes straight to our order desk and we reply with an estimate by phone or email. Expect a reply within 48 hours.

  3. Set up your account

    Pay when the order ships, or apply for net terms with a credit application.

  4. Ship or standing delivery

    We blend, pack and ship. Qualified accounts can set up scheduled delivery. Typical lead time is 14 days. Freight is charged on every order.

Bring us your family sausage recipe, your house rub or a signature blend, or start from one of ours. We blend to your spec, 50 pounds per blend and up.

Private label is available: we can pack your blend under your own brand. Your recipe stays confidential, and we can make a sample batch before you commit to a full run.

What is the minimum order?

$250 opening order and $150 reorders (before tax). Custom blends start at 50 lb per blend. Freight is charged on every order.

How do I pay?
