How to use
How to use
Mix the seasoning package with 25 lb fatty pork trim ground through a 1/8" plate. Mix until sticky, then stuff into casings or pack in a bulk meat bag.
Venison works well: grind 20 lb venison with 5 lb hog jowl, mix in the seasoning, then regrind together through a 1/8" plate.
