How to use
To soak: dissolve the marinade in water, cover the meat completely and let it stand in the refrigerator 24 hours.
For 10 lb of meat: use 2 lb (one quart) water and 1/2 package marinade.
Injector or tumbler: mix one package with 1/2 gallon water and pump or tumble for a 10% pickup.
