About Desert Trail Southwest Dip & Dressing
Smoky paprika and warm cumin with chili, red pepper flakes, parsley, onion and chives. Stir the packet into sour cream and mayo for a bold dip, or thin it for a dressing. Good with chips, tacos, grilled meats and vegetables.

How to use
Dip: mix the entire packet with 1 cup sour cream and 1 cup mayonnaise. Stir until smooth and refrigerate at least 30 minutes before serving.
Dressing: mix the entire packet with 1 cup mayonnaise and 2 tablespoons milk or water. Adjust the thickness to taste and refrigerate before serving.
Optional: squeeze in fresh lime, or stir in fire-roasted corn or black beans for a loaded dip.
