Ingredients: Salt, Sugar, Brown Sugar, Maple Sugar, Sodium Nitrate (.85%) <2% Propylene Glycol.
Instructions: Curing Instructions: Ham and Bacon: 1 package to 2 quarts water. Cover meat with brine and refrigerate 1 day per pound. Beef and Poultry: 1 package to 1 gallon of water. Cover meat with brine and refrigerate 1 day per pound. Fish: 1 package to 1 gallon of water. Cover fish with brine for 4-6 hours depending on thickness. Submerge fish completely in brine. Rinse all products in cold clean water and allow product to dry completely before smoking or cooking.
