How to Use
xPreparation Instructions Using Pork Trim: Mix the seasoning package thoroughly with 25 lbs. of fatty pork trim that has been ground using a 1/8" plate. Continue mixing until the meat becomes sticky and well-blended. Stuff into casings or pack into bulk meat bags for storage. Using Venison: Venison is an excellent alternative. Start by grinding 20 lbs. of venison. Mix in the seasoning package, then re-grind the mixture through a 1/8" plate to ensure even distribution and proper texture.
