Instructions: For Pumping: Mix one package with 1/2 gallon water, pump or tumble for a 10% pickup. As a Soak: Dissolve marinade in water, cove rmeat completely, let stand in cooler 24 hours. For 10lbs Meat: Use 2 Lbs. (One Quart) water and 1/2 pack marinade.
