Ingredients: Salt, Corn Syrup Solids, Spices, Sugar, Hickory Smoke Powder, Sodium Erythorbate
Instructions: Mix seasoning package with 25lbs. of fatty pork trim that has been ground with a 1/8″ palte. Contiune to mix until mix becomes sticky, then stuff into casings or pack in a bulk meat bag. Vension can also be used and is a very good option. Simply grind 20lbs. of venison and mix with 5lbs. of hog jowl. Mix the two meats with the seasoning pack then re-griund them together with a 1/8th plate.
