Food Items Defective or damaged food items (e.g., spice blends, dry rubs, etc.) may be exchanged within 30 days of the original purchase. Frisco Brands will cover the cost of shipping in case of seller error.
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept any returns on non-defective or non-damaged food items once the outside shipping box has been opened.

Non-Food Merchandise We gladly accept returns and exchanges of new and unused non-food merchandise (e.g., kitchenware, spice jars, kitchen supplies, etc.) within 30 days of the original purchase.
The packaging must be in resalable condition, the original manufacturer’s seal must be intact, and the original receipt or proof of purchase is required. If the product shows any evidence of prior use or alteration, Frisco Brands reserves the right to refuse the return or exchange. Return and exchange shipping for non-food merchandise will be paid by the customer.
